Directions for Use – Core360™ Nutritional Support Powder

Pre-Surgery (Pre-Op):

  1. Begin 10–14 days before surgery, or as directed by your physician.
  2. Take 1 scoop twice daily.
  3. Mix each scoop with 6–10 oz of your choice of:
    *Water
    *Milk or milk alternative
    *Smoothie, shake, or yogurt
  4. Sip slowly and aim to finish each serving within 30–45 minutes.
  5. Continue normal meals unless your surgeon has advised otherwise

After Surgery (Post-Op):

  1. Resume Core360™ as soon as your surgeon or care team says it is safe to do so.
  2. Continue 1 scoop twice daily.
  3. Mix and take as above.
  4. Use daily through your recommended recovery period, or as directed by your physician.

If you have difficulty eating or drinking after surgery, talk to your surgeon or clinical team about how to best fit Core360™ into your recovery plan.

Directions for Use – Comfort360™ Recovery Capsules

Standard Daily Use (unless otherwise directed):

  1. Take 3 capsules once daily.
  2. Swallow capsules with a full glass (8 oz) of water.
  3. You may take Comfort360™:
    *With food or
    *On an empty stomach, as tolerated, based on your physician’s advice.
  4. Try to take your daily dose at the same time each day to support consistent levels in your system.

Timing Around Surgery:

  1. Your surgeon will advise you when to start Comfort360™ before surgery and when to resume after surgery, depending on your procedure and medications.
  2. Always follow specific instructions from your surgeon, especially if you are taking blood thinners or other prescription medications.
