How to Use

Pre-Surgery: Begin 10–14 days before surgery, or as directed by your physician. Take 1 scoop twice daily until product completion. Mix each scoop with 6–10 oz of water, milk or a milk alternative, or blend into a smoothie, shake, or yogurt.

Post-Surgery: Resume Core360™ when your surgeon or care team says it is safe to do so. Continue 1 scoop twice dailythroughout your recommended recovery period or as directed by your physician.
