A Clinical Tool — Not a Supplement.

Vital360Rx was formulated to address the nutritional, inflammatory, and functional decline patterns that compromise treatment continuity in oncology.

Why nutrition matters in oncology — and why it's often underaddressed

Cancer-associated malnutrition is a multifactorial process: reduced intake, treatment toxicity, systemic inflammation, and progressive muscle loss converge to impair functional status, treatment tolerance, and quality of life.

ESPEN guidelines on cancer nutrition (Arends et al., 2017) and ASCO guidance on cancer cachexia recommend early, structured nutritional intervention — yet implementation is inconsistent in practice.

Vital360Rx is designed to make protocol-driven nutritional support practical at the bedside.

How Vital360Rx is built

A four-pillar formulation aligned with current evidence:

1. Protein-centered base

High-quality protein with EAA profile to support nitrogen balance, lean mass preservation, and muscle protein synthesis. A 2025 meta-analysis of 29 RCTs (n=2,279) found high-protein oral nutritional supplements significantly reduced complications by 101 per 1,000 patients and shortened hospital length of stay across GI, lung, head and neck, liver, and breast cancers.

2. Mucosal and GI support

Glutamine, zinc, and digestive enzyme components addressing mucositis and absorption — recurring barriers to oral intake during chemo/RT. Multiple meta-analyses support glutamine and zinc for reducing oral mucositis incidence and severity.

3. Phytochemical anti-inflammatory complement

Curcumin, quercetin, bromelain, and proanthocyanidins from grape seed and pine bark. A 2024 systematic review of 34 RCTs (n=2,580) found curcumin reduced inflammatory biomarkers and improved mucositis-related outcomes and quality of life in cancer patients.

4. Micronutrient adequacy

Vitamin D3, magnesium, and selenium addressing common depletions. A 2023 individual patient data meta-analysis demonstrated a 12% reduction in cancer mortality with daily vitamin D3 supplementation; a 2024 umbrella review of 71 systematic reviews supported a 10% reduction in total cancer mortality.

Designed to integrate

  • Avoids high-dose antioxidant exposure during active chemo/RT
  • Built for real-world compliance: oral, palatable, twice-daily dosing
  • No claims of survival or oncologic benefit beyond supportive care endpoints
  • Composed of well-characterized, generally well-tolerated ingredients
